SPECIALTY PROGRAMS

Advanced Concept Courses
The purpose of these courses is to provide students with the opportunity to develop a project from vision to reality (a capstone experience). The content is prescribed by the instructor based upon the individual student’s assessed needs.

Directed Study
The purpose of this program is to provide students with additional competencies in a particular education program that will enhance their opportunities for employment in the occupation chosen by the student. Course content is prescribed by the instructor based upon the individual student's assessed needs for directed study.

On the Job Training & Work Based Experience
On the Job Training (OJT) and Work Based Experience is designed to give students an opportunity to apply and integrate the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired during their school-based experience within a broad range of occupational clusters or industry sectors.
